Special events
Saturday Team Ride
Our Saturday group training rides meet every Saturday morning at Log Boom Park at 9:00 AM. Routes will bring us in various directions for between 40 and 100 miles depending on weather and the time of the season. Sometimes we train fitness or a skill. Sometimes we just ride. Ride often splits into A, B, and social pace.
Bathroom break every ~40 miles
Sunday Recovery Ride
Our Sunday group ride meets every Sunday morning at Leschi Park at 9:30AM. Routes are generally shorter (30-60 miles) and the pace is slower to allow for us to recover from Saturday’s more spirited pace. We often merge with the cross-team ride that also leaves from Leschi.
No drop.
All are welcome

Thursday Training Ride
These evening training rides provide an opportunity to have a fun group ride experience and to get in a good workout. We follow the School Bus Protocol: we go at a social pace for most of the ride and we put in a hard effort on a few well defined segments. You are welcome to join us regardless of your abilities and the type of bike you have. Drop us an email at info@apexracing.org if you need more info.
We meet at 5:30PM. In the winter, we meet on Zwift. Starting in February, we meet outside and alternate between Leschi Park and Log Boom Park meeting points.
