ABOUT APEX

In 2008, a group of dedicated Seattle-area racers formed Apex Racing with three goals: train smart, race hard and race together often. There was only one rule — no jerks.

From this strong foundation rose the team of today — a premier Pacific Northwest bicycle racing team with over 60 members from all walks of life. Carpenters? Check. Software engineers? Double check. Bike couriers? Triple check. Cycling product engineers? Quadruple check…you get the point. No matter where we come from, what we ride, or why we race, our members are united by the same spirit and desire. We race to have fun, enjoy the company of our teammates, and meet the training demands required to be successful racers.

Apex has a strong tradition of supporting new racers and experienced veterans alike. From road to gravel, fondos to hill climbs, novice category five racing to elite events, our riders grace podiums at events across the region every year. We are proud of our culture, proud of our riders, and proud of the local cycling community that we help steward, foster, and support.
